What a bunch of tossers!
Thats some low shit to do even if the guy was a bit of a tit to begin with. Everybody has to start somewhere but then I suppose if he had read the manual for his modem he would have discovered his error and not got talking to whoever that lot were.

Tenseiken what browser are you using? Things like that dont always work in opera with the anti popup thing switched on.
