Theres some japanese guy that invents loads of stupid stuff like pedal powered wheelchairs. Hes the one responsible for those awful umbrella hats you see about. He also invented a similar thing where you wear a circle of cameras around your head to take a 360 degree shot of wherever you are. :shock:
