Pres. Bush has been asked to step aside after his vicious dog Barney attempted to attack defenseless black children at the WHITEhouse. Questions of serious import have been raised as to how the official first mutt came to develop such a racist urge to attack black children. A bipartisan committee including delegates from the black caucus have been asked to look into the background of this event.

Since barney is black, is it a hate crime? Or is he to be only charged with a misdemeanor? Or ethnic intimidation?
I think we will have to refer to the legal department for that one!
