A McKees Rocks police dog that had been taken off active duty amid allegations of racial profiling is back on duty. Dolpho, the German shepherd, got loose from a police wagon and bit 9-year-old Brandon Livingston outside a Margaret Street home on June 7. A borough investigation determined that the incident was an accident, and that the dog could safely be returned to duty.

Borough Councilwoman Wanda Jones Dixon claimed that the dog had been taught to single out its subjects according to color. She said she had received complaints from several other African-Americans whom the dog had bitten or threatened.

Barger said the dog had never bitten the wrong person before, but he said it was confused by all the movement in the area.

Yes they may be contradictory but there is a difference between an offensive post and a shitty school boy joke about 3 guys meeting a genie or something along those lines.
