ubb... just falls in comparison to what vb has, can do and how it does it... vb is in php so it's hella faster with a blisteringly fast mysql backbone, what more could ya want! any plus, they have everything ubb does, ALREADY IN! but ubb, u need to get hacks for it and install it yourself.

vB rules, ubb drools. and expecially 6.05... hehe
