I got all the Jet Set Radio tunes off of Morpheus. That might be worth a look if its still up and running.

Try Kazaa-Lite, there's no spyware, and NO advertisements or popups! I've found shitloads of VG music there, such as a KILLER remix of the Metroid theme, and an orchestrated version of Zelda. Maybe everyone's heard both of them, but I like it.
