How do I use newsbin pro?

How do I use newsbin pro?

I can connect to alt.binaries.emulators.misc just fine and I can get the headers but I can't download anything.

All headers are marked with a blue "R" icon. What am I doing wrong? I can't even "add to download list".

I'm not sure. I used Newsgrabber, decided that sucked, then switched to NewsPro (w/o the 'bin')
