Reminds me of the Netscape 6 preview, could almost guarantee a crash per session.

Weak!!
Apple strikes again. I try my best to keep everything Apple away from my PC. I wont even install their movie player plugin because it wont stay as just a plugin, it insists on installing the whole app and sticking its little Q down in the system tray in the bottom right. You cant stop it from opening on boot and that uses up RAM. If I want to load it, I'll load it, it should NOT be forced on me like that. So I just plain dont use it.

Quicktime is very annoying alright. Of course you can disable it by running msconfig and stopping it from starting up.

Ahh nice one mate!
The only time I ever need it is when looking at a site that requires the plugin. Some of the links Gato emails me link to sites that do. I just generally close the page down but those codecs should come in handy.
