OK Ive been on the phone to my ISP and they cant work out what the problem is so I thought I'd hit you guys with it and see if anybody has any ideas.

OK using FlashFXP I am trying to upload a file to Damian's ftp and it got about 2/3 of the way through before my connection just died. I couldnt browse or anything and my cable modem said there was nothing wrong at all. When I restart the modem or PC and resume the file it starts again at a feeble 8kb and then drops second by second until it dies again. My ISP even watched it happening as I was on the phone to them and had no idea what was going on.

I did a system revert, scan, virus check and checked drivers and all sorts. Then I tried uploading a different file to the ftp and away it went at its usual speed like nothing was wrong. Back to the other file and bye bye connection.

Now THATS what I call a fucked up problem!!

i recalled last weekend when we had the Big chill that i was gettin bumped off the internet every 3 minutes.It could very well be Haze that ur sevice provider has exceeded its limit to people on their isp.


is it just damian's ftp ur havin trouble ?Any other places ur havin trouble?

Haha Ive caused a stir!

Damian opened an ftp so I could transfer the file quicker than msn. Theres nothing exciting there lol
