what are the best pc games today?

i can't even afford a fucking pc gamer magazine.

Pretty much the same as they were about 5 years ago.

If your looking for decent newish games, what sort of thing are you after?

cant go wrong with gran dtheft auto 3 or halo..hmmm, if u like to control ur character,try sims...battle 1942?(i think thats the game) is named best game for 2002 or 3 or something :P

Download Half Life 2 or Halo or something. You could try Max Payne 2 maybe.

Depends if you are after a FPS, Strategy, RPG, Simulator, Arcade, Puzzle yadda yadda yadda.

heh..you didnt know?..the source code for half-life 2 was leaked out a fe weeks ago....dumbasses..

Nice!

Now if I were over at Valve I'd be kinda tempted to keep my lovely new game in its entirety well away from a network that has even the the remotest fucking iota of a chance of being hacked. In fact I'd keep it on a network with no connection to the outside world what so ever!
