Help with Newsbin Pro and Newsgroups please?

Ok so I got this Newsbin thing off Kazaa like Damian said.

I wanna download some movies so I loaded it up and searched for groups containing the word movie and it gave me a few.

When I double click them the whole list of dodgy looking text containg some weird movie names appears as Incomplete on the status column.

Can anybody give me some pointers as to how to go about getting started with this please?
