Anybody help with NAV?

I got this flippin Norton's antivirus 2003 and when I send mail it keeps complaining it cant scan it. This is from Outlook express BTW.

It also seems to enjoy removing attachments from mail because it thinks they are dodgy and once they are received theres no way I can get to the attachments anymore.

I've got all the live updates and everything. Anybody else had this problem?
