New ePSXe out!

The new epsxe came out today and it finally fixes the speed issues i was having witht the previous release. Now games don't run too fast on high end machines (i had this problem no matter what plugin/settings i used) so i can finally get back to playing Chrono Cross which i haven't played since i switched from win 98 to win2k last january. Probably going to buy FF9 today now too.

I'm bitter at ePSXe since it turns out the savestate thing apparently what causes my PC to crash all over the place...

did they fixed issue where the save states get corrupted, and the graphics are all messed up? i hate that
