Anyway to emulate final fantasy 9?

First off, welcome!


I don't have that game (at least I don't think I do) but have you tried either vgs or epsx? Is 9 the one with guy with the point hat that kinda looks like a mushroom? If so than I know VGS works, you may need version 1.4 and have to use a patch.

epsxe runs 9 perfectly from what i have read.

thanks for the welcome [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img] I have cvgs.. wont load to the title screen... i have epsxe also... i donwload the plugins for epsxe on my computer the plugins show up on my computer but then i put the plugins on a disk to put them on my laptop (since thats were the emulator is cause i emulate on my laptop so i can play in the car and such) they show up on the disk on my pc but then on my laptop they dont show up O_o ... I then downloaded the plugins on my laptop cause i thought the disk was faulty or something... i download them from the same place and nope the files wont show up... any help with this would be nice...

Ok, I notice you cant emulate final fantasy 9 in most emulators, well does anyone know how or if you can emulate it, or any emulator that will emulate it?

the retail rip is best for the VGS patch
