hmmm... found an IPS patch for a Neo Game??

I've never seen an IPS patch for a neo game before?

It's for Metal Slug X... maybe it will fix the rom 100%, because I know the exe patch doesn't (The game still locks up even after the exe has "patched" the rom)

The file seems to be dated Feb 16th 2001, so it's newer than the exe patch.

I upped the IPS here for anybody wanting to try it (I don't know which rom to patch, and I'm not sure if SNEStool will patch it)

Ok, I downloaded the patch and then transferred it onto floppy. Then I went outside and planted the disk in soft, brown peat (About PH7). So far it has done nothing even after giving it copiuous amounts of water, it looks like a dud.
