....but I ripped you off big time today.

I went to a buddy's house today, and he has a cd booklet that holds 260 cd's. It's full of pirated DC games! Needless to say, I walked away with a few games.

And has anyone ever played the Sega Genesis emulator for DC? It is fucking sweeeeet!

What was the emu that sega used for the sega smash pack for the pc? I'm pretty sure it is gens but anyways, they ported it to the DC for the DC version of the smash pack. The dc warez scene got a hold of it and made it so it can run almost any game.

You're right. It was kgen though i am sure they modified it a little seeing how they would have full access to all the genesis tech docs.

The airplane thing was an actual SNES as far as I know.

Probably the same sort of thing as the prototype port-o-SNES that the big N made.

Anyone ever been on flight where you can play a SNES in flight on the TV screen in front of you? There are about 10-20 games to choose from and of course the games are all played separately by different people.

I have always wondered how that works. Does each unit have a tiny SNES and the games are pulled into it by a network connection? Or does the plane have servers running multiple instances of SNES emulators?

If the latter, then who made these emulators Nintendo?

Regarding KGen I would say they would have had to altered it a lot seeing as the emulator is by no means perfect and the SEGA Classics like Comix Zone probably are.
