Is that a re-release or something?! Wow I wonder where my original NES is now?

I sold it to a mate when I bought a mega drive and some of the games were not working then. Then he sold it to some family that saw it in Loot when he advertised it. Luckily they were so excited about it they only asked for a demo of one game and they chose a fully working one hahaha.

Fuckery knows where it went after that. Probably to the scrap heap. The pads had tooth marks in them where my sister used to bite them. Personally Ive always been a pad twister rather than a biter or hitter. Broke more PCBs that way though lol

Throwing pads at the TV in Super Mario Kart was a blast.

There is some new hardware coming out that plays SNES too, if I can dig up the link again I'll post it.

On a related note, I see that the newer Atari Flashback console is an actuall 2600 inside and can be modded to play original cartridges.

Haha all these things make me laugh. Like those shitty old 1 button atari joysticks you get that you just plug into the tv to play the old kill the red square with your smaller green square type games.

Still, I suppose it keeps the heat off us. If I was Nintendo I'd be slapping my NES games on a GC Bundle disc with an emulator rather than bringing out a new piece of hardware for it.
