First you need to download Nebula 2.18b (I can up it but I need a place to put it)

Then you put this unlock code in the ini: l33tNGUnlock=1

You can’t play it on the newest nebula or on Kawacks. You can compile your own mame and play it, or you can use crappy NRX with even more hacked romsets. Nebula 2.18b plays this and all locked games.
