First off thanks for the tip Were. You push A and start to get to a options menu with a practice mode with full power.. I feel pretty darn stupid being a "veteran expert gamer" Because I have had this rom for over 2 years now and couldnt get past a single level. I just realized a few hours ago that its not that hard if you use the old Mega Man strategy of stage order. I should have known this!! I so far have completed 2 levels and am working on a third. Oh well , such is life.
