Which system is more powerful? CPS2 or System 32? And if CPS2 were more powerful than Sys32 wouldn't that mean emulating System 32 should be faster?

System 32 PISSES all over CPS-2 it terms of power and capability (and so does Taito F3).

Aside from the encryption, CPS-2 is nothing more then the Mk3 CPS with impoved graphics handling and ROM capacity.
