I've heard from a pretty "reliable" source on IRC today, that in the near future Nebula will support CPS3 emulation... so we'll see if this pans out.

BTW - notice how there hasn't been a new Nebula, even with the arrival of MS3...

Well, new Nebula is out. No CPS3 however. Plus those decrypted CPS3 games that were meant to be posted yesterday proved fake, person wanted attention just like that KALLIS3 episode.

The only one that I'm sure of is Street Fighter 3, I can't name any others. I'm sure somebody here has a list they can rattle off from memory.

I do know that all/almost all of the CPS3 games were brought to Dreamcast.

Another load of fighting games, Red Earth is the only one that hasent had a DC port -

Red Earth/Warzard
JoJo's Bizzare Adventure
Another JoJo game whos name eludes me at the moment
Street Fighter 3 - The New Generation
Street Fighter 3 - Second Impact/Giant Attack
Street Fighter 3 - Third Strike/ Fight for the Future

Id say its full of crap, the SH-2 is one slag of a complicated and beefy processor (were talking just under a gig to do one, and thats with an interprator core) and nobodys got the foggyest idea what the graphics hardware is.

Plus all the issues with Encyption, the copy protection in the carts and the NVRAM uploading buissness.

I thought Raz said the encryption was exactly the same as the CPS2 stuff

it's just that the hardware emulation would be ....tricky......

ok, so it didn't make it into today's release of Nebule, but I still think it'll show up in Nebula first and sooner than people think (well I'm hoping anyways!).

My guess on CPS3 emulation would be an emulator in no less than a year. A year may be optimistic too.

Of course, my guess is rather meaningless, but I think it's a good one

yeah, your guess is shady

my guess is better!

seven months, three days, seventeen hours, six minutes from about five seconds ago

we will begin to see crappy things like tile viewing and music ripping (well, the music ripping ain't so bad)

Ugh, and to think I wasted at least two hours clock time on this diluted waste matter. Well if it ever does get "broken" at least the hoarder won't have many excuses to keep 5+ games and their regions away for over 12 months.
