just starting off in csp2 field an dbeing bust collecting mame games, i just wondering what's the best cps2 emu and what good games are for it?

being positive-

a shitty 433Mhz celeron with 160megas of ram,and a 8 meg videocard that thinks its an 3d card

You have not got enough power to run Nebula so I suggest one of the Final Burn hacks. Or if you want you could try Kawaks or Calice as they should run fine on your system but are harder to set up.

I can run mame just about fine with games like SFZ2&3 but there is some loss of frame rate. When I want a really smooth game I copy the roms over to FB. Its such a small prog and really light on system resources.
