Q: What do I need to play the Halo 3 Public Beta?

A: You will need an Xbox 360 with an HDD, an Xbox Live Gold account, a broadband internet connection and a method of entering the Halo 3 Public Beta (typically a specially marked copy of Crackdown).

Lasts for 3 weeks, might even get Crackdown if I'm not *ahem* up and running as previous during this time.

So is it actually out now then?

I heard from Noodles that there were major delays and people all over the net were kicking up a massive stink over it.
My nephew has a load of my games at the mo as I was expecting my 360 repair to take longer than it did.
I'll be getting an aftermarket cooler today.

Yep, it was out for Crackdown users this morning. There was a delay for them.

I got it but it doesnt work for shit most of the time. Looks like the servers cant handle the traffic or something.
