Sounds expensive but also full of potential.

I doubt they will bother doing anything for the GC but maybe when the Rev hits the shelves there will be some weird and wonderful periferals to use with it.

Motion sensing pads and that sort of thing.

I remember seeing a quote from nintendo saying that the Revolution will change the way we play console games much like the DS changed the way handheld games were played.

Im not saying the rev will feature touchscreen and that sort of thing but we should see some weird hardware from them. Im hoping they dont charge £70 for their games though just because it comes with a poxy new controller.

It's a shame Nintendo can't pull it together. Sony and Microsft have obviously got more popular games/consoles, but any Nintendo game has a certain atmosphere which pretty much somes up "console gaming" in my opinion.

comparing apples and oranges: Nintendo's games are aimed at a different audience than most.

Not that I'm a Nintendo freak; I haven't owned anything Nintendo since NES and original Gameboy.

Time will tell I suppose. Im quite looking forward to seeing what kind of innovations they come up with but it would have to be good to get me to buy it.
