huh?? Have you ever seen some statistics? For instance blacks commit 80% of crimes, yet only make up 13% of the population. Hispanics have a VERY high rate of rape and mugging. Tell me where would you rather live:

As for where I get those stats, the answer is the US govt! Course, the % were separate from the 5 safest cities and 5 most dangerous. It would be "racist" to even think that minorities commit most crimes, even if it is true!
