How long until WinMX is sued?

Or have they been yet? It can't be far off until the RIAA goes after them, too. I can look up any semi-popular song and get hundreds of results.

I still prefer the Kazaa-Lite interface to WinMX, which I find too cut & dry. I've also found more results in Kazaa-Lite. I dunno, maybe I'm just weird like that.
