Actually it probably mentions something in an agreement before you install. Glad I didnt now.

I wonder if this means that on a private server, the server admin can track stuff?

I very much doubt that private server admins would bother using such resource consuming tools as a) They are operating the server illegally to begin with and b) Most of them barely have enough resources as it is to keep the server up for 50 people

frankly i have enough time cleaning all my spware out of my computer every week.It probbaly depends the people who runs the private server if they decide their bored and want to check into people's comp :wink:
