Napster may end up as P2P porn site

Now that Bertelsmann has lost any interest in Napster the search is on for bidders for the assets. One such bidder is 'Private Media Group' who bided $2.4 million in shares for Napster. The spanish group who is involved in the sale of adult goods wants to make Napster a p2p porn swapping site. It seems that they plan only to let you swap non-copyrighted porn.

Costa Mesa, who are re-auctioning Napster are publicly saying that they want at least 6 Million for the assets so the bid may be refused.
