what program do you use make these? like for example like for example when you loop a movie clip as an avatar.

I suppose you would take a series of screenshots of the movie (probably in a program like Sonic Foundry Vegas Pro,) then animate it in something like Ulead Gif Animator or Animation Shop

Or if you wanted to take a logo and spin it about in 3D or something along those lines. THen Swish might be more down your alley.
