I don't see it when I load the board but when I go to the main site I do see an arcadeathome pop up.

PCB is hosted by VGN now, which is hosted by arcadeathome.

It's been that way ever since Damian changed the board to phpBB2 and got the new design.

Nope, it's part of the agreement. The site is hosted for free, but there has to be a pop up and the banners have to be displayed. I don't know why you didn't see it before, it's been there all along.

At least there isn't a pop up on the board.

You only get the popup for that arcade stick on the front page though. Its not a problem for me.
