lAmE MAME 32 0.61

Once again a compile for the rest of us (hmm..) :)

As usual really, such as PPro optimised, OK screens removed. Except this time ALL games are enabled, yep every single last one including Metal Slug 4 and KOF2001.

For those of you with access it is in the uploads folder of Ivwshane's FTP under Special MAME Builds.

Well I had to get MingW off backup, download MAME source and MAME32 changes. Then do the editing, bit tougher to remove OK screens this time as they changed the coding, but the TESTDRIVER to DRIVER transition was the smoothest. Probably a bit over an hour.

Oh well, if someone enjoys it then the time was worthwhile; I know I do. It is not as if I coded the damn thing anyway ;). Oh yes, people without access to Ivwshane's FTP can PM me and I will give them a web address I uploaded it to, I would publish it here but to tell the truth such builds are not meant to be distributed anyway.
