It?s been said over and over, but it really is a disappointment. It's got four selectable characters just like the other games, two of the selectable cast are new, two are old, and the other two that you can?t select (the blond girl and the guy with the eye patch) make appearances throughout the game. The whole game is probably shorter than the last level of Metal Slug 3. It doesn?t even have as many weapons as previous games, and barely has any of the ?cute? features that made the previous games so enjoyable. Such a pity to see a great series go down this way :( (personally, my favorite one is Metal Slug 2)

But oh well at least I got my money?s worth. There was a site selling it for $800, I pity the ones who bought is :D hehe

While I don't think it sucked it really didn't live up to the Metal slug standards. The ending was the most dissappointing part of the game:(

While the ending was nothing special it sure as hell is better than most of SNK?s endings :D (particularly the MS series)!

Now when I beat it all that happened was I was running and then it faded to white and I think I ended up in a hospital.

Is that what happened to you?

I certainly did not end up in a hospital, ran away from bombs and flew off in helicopter is all I can remember.

Damn, I guess I'm not surprised that MS4 is available now. How big is the ROM? It's probably not even worth the download.

Yeah, that's a bit much. I haven't used any emulators for a few weeks anyway. I think I can live without this game

[I'll be on EFnet for a little while, Damian]
