Best Requirements for zinc and nebula model 2

At present none of these emulators run at anywhere near full speed. This is due to the amd duron 800mhz and my 100mhz 64mb of ram.
Iam intending to buy a new pc. So as im buying one i might aswell get one that runs the emulators at or close to full speed.
Does anyone know what system requirements would run both of these emulators at full speed or close 2?

As good as you can possibly afford. Even if you overshoot what you currently want, you'll always find reason to want a quicker machine later on.
