unemulated arcade?

i was on emuchina.net and i noticed a section called unemulated. i clicked on it and then i clicked on the sega section. I noticed virtua fighter 3 and virtua fighter 3tb. They are both downloadable and they are in zip format. My question is if i download them, will i be able to play them? if yes, how?

Notice unemulated. You will not be able to play them.

The answer is in the question.

There is no emulator written to play these games but some soul has got hold of the arcade boards and dumped the information.
Some people collect these roms in advance so they can play the games as soon as an emu is written for them. Sometimes though, better dumps of the boards are found and replace the older ones meaning that they have to be downloaded again.

i c what ure saying-i have broadband so i think a download is needed-even if i cant play em-ill just have to wait for somebody to produce an emulator-if a newer version of the games come out, ill just download em again
