Actually they?ll be the same size but the non-encrypted compress much better than the encrypted ones.

how do you use convert2.exe ? when i start it up in windows and enter the command it just closed and when i try to use it in dos mode it says this program cannot be used in dos mode?

If the filenames of the C roms are in the format 264-c1.bin then use this command line: convert2 1 e 3F 264 8 - bin (just rename the files if they're not that, or change the command line). For instance if they're ROD_C*.ROM then the command would be: convert2 1 e 3F rod 8 _ rom
